Embodied games and activities, derived from Theater of the Oppressed, to break out of normal patterns and invite in new ideas
Anti-oppression facilitation including progressive stack and opportunities for input for different learning types
Brief trainings to equip your team with the ability to assess, name, and address equity implications
Campaign planning exercises including: power mapping, Spectrum of Allies analysis, developing campaign timelines, and campaign escalation arcs

Confluence Facilitation offers our services at an hourly rate based on the budget size of the organizations we work with. We do this to ensure that outside facilitation is accessible to even the smallest, newest, and least-funded grassroots groups.
